ORDER PROCESSING

For Contiguous EU Orders: Processing time can take between 1-3 business days.

For International Orders: Processing time can take between 5-10 business days*.

SHIPPING

We offer Free ground shipping for most of mainland EU (excluding Highlands & Islands)*. Standard Delivery for any order being delivered outside mainland Europe will be charged a shipping fee which will be calculated by weight and added to your cart at checkout.Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.

*Due to increased courier costs for islands and highlands, an additional small surcharge will be charged.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

Ground: Most Renogy products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 1-5 business days.

All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for four Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Depending on where you’re located, Renogy may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address at delivery@azurpower.com so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-10 business days for shipping.

RETURNS

At Azurpower, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.

Azurpower will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Please note that Azurpower will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

Please be prepared with your invoice or the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Mailing address

REPLACEMENTS

For any issues with your product, please contact our Technical Support team at delivery@azurpower.com for troubleshooting assistance.

Please be prepared with a multimeter and your invoice or the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the damaged/defective product
Mailing address
Contact telephone number

If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

In the event of a replacement, Azurpower will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.

If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.


For Third-Party Purchases

Thank you for purchasing a Renogy product from one of our approved third-party vendors. Returns and refunds for purchases made through these third-parties must be handled through the vendor's return policy. Azurpower cannot assist in third-party returns and refunds. Azurpower can only offer replacements for products still within the warranty period.
